Carry-on Baggage
1、The carry-on baggage for each passenger (excluding infant passengers) is stipulated as follows:

Note: 1)Items whose weight, quantity, or volume exceed the aforementioned carry-on item limits must be checked in.
2)In addition to the designated carry-on baggage, each passenger is also allowed to carry one free carry on item that can be placed under the front seat, such as a handbag, briefcase, laptop bag, camera bag, or other similar sized or smaller items.
2、In addition to the aforementioned carry-on baggage allowance, passengers carrying infants may carry the following items free of charge:
(1)Food and baby equipment such as diapers that are required for the infant during the journey.
(2)A fully collapsible lightweight stroller that can be put into the overhead bin. After folding, the length, width, and height should not exceed 55 centimeters (22 in), 40 centimeters (16 in), and 20 centimeters (8 in) respectively.
(3)An infant cradle or child/infant restraint device (to be used in case the child will be occupying the seat).
Notice: The airport security check department may adjust the restrictions on carry-on items based on current security conditions. Your cooperation will be appreciated.
3. Liquid items:
(1)For passengers on international flights and regional flights, liquid items must be put into a single container that does not exceed a volume of 100 ml. Any containers containing liquid items must also be put into a transparent, re-sealable plastic bag with a maximum volume of 1 L. A passenger is allowed to carry only one transparent plastic bag per flight, with any excess having to be checked in.
(2)Passengers on domestic flights are not allowed to carry any liquid items (excluding cosmetics, toothpaste, and shaving cream meant for self-use during air travel). During air travel, cosmetics meant to be used during the journey must meet three conditions before being carried onboard (only one piece of any given item is being carried, all items can be put into a single > 100 ml container, and cosmetics can be opened for inspection). Only one piece each of toothpaste and shaving scream is permitted, with the volume not to exceed 100 g (ml). For passengers transferring from an international or regional flight to a domestic flight within the airport’s restricted security zone, carry-on tax-free liquid items must meet three conditions to be allowed onboard (proof of purchase, a sealed and intact transparent plastic bag, and examination during the security check). If the passenger leaves the airport’s restricted security zone while transiting to a domestic flight, the carry-on tax-free liquid items shall become checked baggage;
(3)Liquid dairy products necessary for infants during air travel and liquid medicines necessary for patients with diabetes or other illnesses during air travel, can only be carried with them after being examined during the security check;
(4)Before leaving the airport security restricted area, passengers may carry the liquid items purchased or obtained in the airport security restricted area or aircraft.

4、Other regulations:
(1)Baggage brought into the cabin must be placed under the seat in front of the passenger or in the overhead bin. Baggage that exceeds the aforementioned weight, number, or volume restrictions shall become checked baggage.
