Fee Regulations for Excess Special Baggage
1．Cabin Seat Baggage
By purchasing additional tickets, passengers may carry any items they believe they need to bring into the cabin as cabin seat baggage.
（1）Cabin seat baggage must comply with packing requirements:
（a）The total weight of each cabin seat baggage does not exceed 75 kg.
（b）The volume of each cabin seat baggage does not exceed 40×60×100 cm.
（2）There is no additional free baggage allowance for cabin seat baggage.
（3）Cabin seat baggage must not be assigned to the exit seat or the row in front of or behind the exit seat, and must be assigned to other window-side passenger seats.
（4）Calculation and collection of cabin seat baggage fees
（a）Tickets for cabin seat baggage cost the same as passenger tickets.
（b）Passengers holding a child discount, infant discount, combined travel discount, agent discount, seafarer discount, etc., must purchase a ticket in another applicable class of service above the aforementioned discounted fares when handling cabin seat baggage.
（c）The handling of cabin seat baggage for connecting passengers not partaking in the entire journey is calculated based on the actual carrying flight segment.

Note:
1、The weight of a single piece of special baggage may not exceed 32 kg, and the weight of a single piece of special baggage on flights including USA waypoints may not exceed 45 kg.
2、Multiple pieces of special baggage are calculated cumulatively as stipulated.
3、Where there are multiple methods of calculating excess baggage fees, the passenger carrying both ordinary baggage and special baggage shall be charged at the lowest rate.
4、When payment is made in the currency of other countries, the above excess baggage fee shall be converted.
5、Other matters not specified herein shall be subject to the rules for ordinary checked baggage of China Eastern Airlines.
